Each class begins and ends with a short session of stretching.

Stretching is an important element to any workout routine to ensure that your joints and muscles are prepped and ready to jump into action. Then a short warm up usually involving jogging with a mix of exercises. 

Here are just a few of the exercises used in the bootcamp.
