At AAS Fitness Bootcamps we focus on building a healthier body through different exercises using body weight workouts, dumbbells and medicine balls to gain strength and lean muscle.
To burn fat we concentrate on games that focus on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to get the most out of our cardio routines. These games generally involve high action moves such as sprinting for periods of time that range from 30 to 60 seconds.
We don't consider exercise the only way to lead you into a healthier you. We also encourage healthy eating habits and give dieting tips that help our clients increase their metabolism so that they may achieve the body they want and deserve. We have an automated calorie counter that we send you after joining, that shows you the numbers needed to reach your destinaition and maintain your ideal body.
AAS Fitness Bootcamps is not a mega bootcamp company where you are one of 50 people on the field paying $250 a month to exercise twice a week. Instead we have a small indoor facility located in Lake Dallas, with small class sizes, located indoors, and offer GREAT prices. One of our three certified personal trainers/ group instructors leads the class and is able to attend to everyone's needs and questions. At AAS you feel that personal level of involvement from your instructor and it shows in the workouts. Our prices are also half the cost of the mega bootcamps and of course it's INSIDE. So no getting rained on, 100 degree temps, mosquitoes, or allergies, because we are indoors in a controlled environment with lots of equipment for fun and exciting workouts.
We offer a free 1 time trial to anybody interested in giving it a try (if a slot is open) because let's face it bootcamp isn't for everybody.
